British fashion entrepreneurs Tom and Ruth Chapman are listing their contemporary house in Beverly Hills, Calif., for $42 million.
The couple, who sold their fashion e-commerce business Matchesfashion.com in 2017, paid $24 million for the property the same year, records show.
